The year 2013 will unmask a new breed of Disciples that will understand the need for new Kingdom Disciplines, if we plan to execute the agenda of the King. Kingdom is dimensional…It is the need to be organized for purpose and moving in multiple directions. This is paramount, especially for a church to function positively with God's intention in mind.
Many of our churches function by catering to selfish ambitions and personalities and not to the principles and character to which we are called. If we solve these root intentions and distractions, we will solve our church dysfunction and "church politics". These behaviors have crippled the move of God and released over many regions a spirit of Lethargy. It becomes a struggle to make progress and there is continual, conquering resistance that is evident. There are some people that lead, others strive to obey; still others seek to destroy. This is a result of our fallen nature and criminal element. We need leaders that will impact.

A commercial came on a few minutes ago and the word "RESULTS" stuck out like a sore thumb. This is what I got out of that one word.
Ministry is NOT a competition of who goes higher faster...Ministry is result driven and was defined by Jesus as He was on His journey, while making preparation for His final days here on earth. His teachings = results. His assemblies = results. His prayers = results....
An effective ministry should have or show results. Results of prayers, teaching, preaching, coaching, mentoring...Someone, somewhere should see results...lives changed, bodies healed, curses broken, dead resurrected, demons cast out, crippled walking...RESULTS... ~ To Be Like Jesus, Preparation is Essential.
