2011 Slogan:
"Let's Make It Happen In 2011"
Alright, "Peeps":
No Mo' SLACKIN'! Get UP-n-Get CRACKIN' & Let's Make It HAPPEN in 2011! :)
2010 Slogan:
"You Can Begin Again In 2010"
The Old Year is out, and the New Year is in.
Left some work undone? Then here's what I recommend:
Stick out your chest, and hold up your chin.
Adorn your face with a big, fat grin.
'Cause no matter what you've done or where you've been,
You can begin again in 2010!
2009 Slogan:
"Show Some Sign In 2009"
Because the days are evil, we must redeem the time,
Living life with purpose and by God's design.
Come on...pick up the slack, and hew to the line!
With our hands in God's hands, we'll be just fine.
As branches of Jesus Christ the True Vine,
Let's show some sign in 2009!
2008 Slogan:
"Get It Straight In 2008"
Life is too short. We've no time to waste.
Remember: It's about Jesus. Herein is no debate.
Quickly cease to hate, and learn to celebrate.
Even if we don't relate, we can still communicate.
So, before it's too late, make haste to contemplate,
"I'd better get it straight in 2008!"
"From a Writer's Perspective"
I've discovered that expressing one's deepest thoughts and feelings in writing is quite therapeutic and gratifying. It's an outlet that provides a powerful release of optimal relaxation and inner peace. It's an overall sense of healing to the mind, body, soul, and spirit. In an instant one can be swept away by the total literary experience! It also has a secondary effect upon readers as well, leaving them refreshingly cathartic, enraptured, as if under a spell. It is a unique gift from God, who gave it for a reason. So, the least the writer can do is use it to please Him!
Lord, here I am, ready to be used by Thee. Give me ears to hear, and help my eyes to see. Speak that which You want to convey and express outwardly, by writing it first upon my heart and then letting it flow through me. May the words that are written be a blessing and a delight, inspiring, empowering and transforming many lives. To You be glory, and Your perfect will be done, in the name of Jesus Christ my Savior and Your only begotten Son. Amen...it is so. Now, let the writing begin; because we've got a lot to say and plenty souls to win!
"Cassie's Daily Prayer"
Heavenly Father, as we humble ourselves in reverence to Your holiness, we sincerely bless You for all You've done for us. Our lives would be absolutely nothing without Your loving arms around us, Your goodness and mercy behind us, and Your Son's example before us. We worship You, O Lord; for You alone are God. Be Thou exalted in the heavens and in the earth. Though we can never truly repay You for Your kindness towards us, we love You and totally surrender to Your will and way.
Forgive us and cleanse us.
Equip us and free us.
Strengthen us and keep us,
In Jesus' name we pray.
Amen.
"The Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda Syndrome"
Have you ever let your mind roam and wander into "The Land of What If's..." and found yourself sick with a case of "Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda Syndrome"? Some of the symptoms of SCWS are: 1) feelings of regret, 2) disgust, 3) dispair, 4) disappointment, and 5) an overall dissatisfaction with your lot in life. These symptoms are triggered by the dysfunction of the will of man with God's divine plan and are often accompanied by an ungrateful, murmuring, grumbling and complaining spirit! At some time we've all experienced it; because it is the nature of the flesh to compare and compete, desiring to HAVE and to BE.
The Bible lets us know in Jeremiah 29:11 that God knows the plans that He has for us...plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future.

work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose." Excuse me, whose purpose? HIS purpose! Why? Because we belong to Him and were made for His glory - not our own.
God's way of doing things doesn't always make sense to us believers, as well as to the unbelievers. Yet, He is God, and we must accept what He allows. Try all you want, to change life's course; but when all is said and done, God's got it all in control, "Boo". I know it's frustrating to sacrifice time, money, career and life's little luxuries, while missing out on all kinds of opportunities, etc., simply because it's NOT YOUR TIME. Been there, done that, "ain't cryin' over spilled milk!" (ya heard?) But here's my prescription for SCWS: Take a "chill pill" and flow with God's will. If you learn how to deal, you'll eventually heal! LOL
"The Crown of Life"
My life's goal is to grow effectively into the FULLNESS of Christ's character; And my greatest reward is to know that in ALL things I've pleased the Father.
"Stupid Is As Stupid Does"
"Mama always said, 'Stupid is as stupid does.'"
~Forrest Gump

Quote by Cassandra Roberson-Kelley:"God often uses the complexity of simplicity in order to reveal the perplexity of man's stupidity."
Scripture Reference: I Corinthians 1:25-29 (King James Version), "Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things that are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought (nothing) things that are: That no flesh should glory in His presence."
In other words, versus God's wisdom, "we're so smart, we're stupid!"
(Interpreted by Cassie's good friend and brother-in-Christ Steven Beaudoin, Jr. aka "littlemanbG")

"No Process, No Progress"
God places certain people and, more often than not, "CraZy" circumstances into your life to guide YOU to YOUR destiny. You can't always go or be where others are. YOUR special assignment and specific placement have already been fixed and predetermined. Discomfort, anxiety, restlessness, doubt, uncertainty, etc. are natural experiences to any and every human being. That's why we must allow God to be God, as He's operating on us while navigating for us, in order to complete His work through us. So, always keep in mind: no process, no progress.
"Unconditional Love"
The benefits and blessings of God, that He bountifully bestows upon us, are not because we actually deserve them. Oh, no...but because He SO loved us, He GAVE. His giving comes from His greatest attribute and first fruit of the Spirit, which is LOVE - the pure essence and primary example of who He really is. In spite of ourselves, God loves us unconditionally; and we must show that same love towards one another.
"Shine and Sprinkle"
Shine your spiritual Light,
And sprinkle your savory Salt,
In a world filled with darkness
And shaken from the devil's assault.
Make Christ visible in all that you say and do, Remembering that what you send out
Will eventually come back to you.
(Scripture References: St. Matthew 5:13-16;
II Corinthians 4:3-7)
"Tackle and Practice"
Tackle what you teach,
And practice what you preach.
Peradventure, by godly example,
Some lost soul you'll reach.
"Sinners In Need of a Savior"
Born into sin, we were in need of a Savior.
By no goodness of our own, God showed us unmerited favor.
He sent His only begotten Son, Who was the perfect Sacrifice.
Willingly and obediently He paid the greatest and ultimate price.
Under the Old Covenant law, dead animals atoned for man's sins.
But because that didn't suffice, God had to make amends!
So, under the New Covenant law, Jesus' blood was shed.
Beaten, battered and bruised, He suffered and died in our stead.
But thanks be to God, He rose in just three (3) days,
So that by grace, through faith, our souls would be saved!
If we confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in our heart,
That God raised Him from the dead, we can have a new start!
Become reborn of the water and of the Holy Spirit,
Gladly sharing the gospel with all who will hear it.
Sinners in need of a Savior, I pray...
Surrender your life to Jesus today.
"Speaking Expressly About Possessing Your Promise"
What's now - that is, the present circumstance or, perhaps, a precarious predicament that is possibly pending - may not always be. Primarily, it depends upon the perspective or proper relative position of the particular phenomena which you perceive by your own persuasion. Secondly, it is predicated or based upon what kind of belief system you possess, regarding the life that God has predestined or preordained specifically for you.
Man's preconceived ideas are permissible, as long as they line up precisely and in right proportion to the wonderful and precious promises of God, which, of course, will always have precedence over any and all of our li'l ol' prearrangements. To ponder and think otherwise is totally preposterous!
If we'd all grasp this pertinent piece of revelation according to God the Creator's perfect plan for each of us, we'd learn some pretty valuable lessons from our personal problems, pains, and pitfalls...and, in the process, rise up from them with power to pursue our divine purpose and get that promotion or whatever else we've been persistently and patiently praying and asking for!
I tell ya...God is somethin' else, ain't He? Now, go on, and be encouraged to persevere and purposefully possess your promise! If God said it, what the problem is?! I bid you peace and prosperity, in the prominent name of Jesus the Christ. Amen.
"Whatcha Gonna Do?"
Whatcha gonna do when the roll is called up yonder? Will the works that you've done speak for you?
Did you love with words only, or did you add in some good deeds, too? The day when God calls your number, whatcha gonna do?
Whatcha gonna do...when you see that homeless woman or man? Whatcha gonna do? Will you ignore them or take the time to give a helping hand?
Whatcha gonna do? Will you tell them, "Honey, I'll be praying for you."?
The day when God calls your number, whatcha gonna do?
Whatcha gonna do...when you hear the cries of a battered single mother?
Whatcha gonna do...when you know the plight of a jobless, struggling father?
Whatcha gonna do? Will you tell them, "Honey, I'll be praying for you."?
The day when God calls your number, whatcha gonna do?
Whatcha gonna do...when there are youth, men and women locked up in prison?
Whatcha gonna do...when there are countless millions dying of malnutrition?
Whatcha gonna do? Will you tell them, "Honey, I'll be praying for you."?
The day when God calls your number, whatcha gonna do?
"A Passion For God's Presence"
A passion for God's presence is the preeminence to His power. Your practice of putting biblical principles into perspective, before pursuing God's promise of blessings and prosperity, prompts God to propel you to your divine destiny. "But seek ye first the kingdom of GOD and HIS righteousness; and ALL these things shall be ADDED unto you." (St. Matthew 6:33, King James Version)
"If I Were You"
If I were you...who would be me? I've got to be what God called me to be. In His likeness and His image did He create me, so that the world could behold Him and give Him glory.
It is all about Him and not at all about me. I'm only here to "work the works of Him that sent me (St. John 9:4, KJV)". If I were you...who would be me? You now have the answer to your inquiry!
"The Main Mission of An Anointed Minstrel"
The main mission of an anointed minstrel is to make melodious music that ministers the gospel to all mankind, while magnifying the majestic and matchless name of Jesus the Messiah, who works miracles and moves mountains, and makes provisions that marvel many. Give God the glory, as you share His story, playing and singing with conviction and integrity. The proof of your Christianity is in the fruit of your living. So, don't give to be seen; but be seen giving! :)
"Seasons Are Transitions To New Dimensions"
God has a certain order and system of things that, in our finite little minds, we can't or don't seem to comprehend. If we run ahead of Him, we'll miss it; and if we lag too far behind Him, we'll still miss it!
The statement is true that, "what God has for me (or you), it is for me (or you)." No one can take your place in the world and produce what's inside of you. God gave gifts to every man; however, He desires that we would use those gifts to glorify Him - in the time and place that He ordains.
In the book of Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (King James Version), the preacher breaks it down to us like this:
"To every thing there is a season,
and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die:
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal;
a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to get, and a time to lose;
a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew;
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate;
a time of war, and a time of peace."
God purposely sets the seasons in our lives. Nothing will happen before its time. Don't get stressed out, trying to make it happen ahead of schedule; because you will disrupt the flow of God's overall plan. Sometimes other things have to come into play before God allows you to make the next move.
Learn to take it one day at a time. Consult God for direction, and, as His Spirit leads you, follow along and "stick to the script!" (Smile) This has been a hard lesson for me, personally, but I get it now, thank goodness. I believe I can go on "another futher" (interpretation: "a little bit further").

"Life's Trials"
Trials train us to triumph at anytime and anywhere. So, if you don't want to be disqualified, find your position in God and stay there! Victory is not won just by our feelings, but by the knowledge of who we are in Christ Jesus. For only through Him can we do all things; and that's what makes us more than conquerors...no matter what the outcome is!
"Who To Blame"
I seek not earthly fortune and fame.
But if "they" find me, humble I shall remain.
I don't have time for any foolish games.
God is my Source; and I'll bring Him no shame.
As He daily leads me, His name I'll proclaim,
Sharing and demonstrating the reason why Christ came.
If after hearing the Word of God and I choose not to retain, I'll have only myself to point the blame.
"The Summation of Salvation: The C.R.O.S.S."
(Christian Revelation Of Soul Salvation)
Ultimately, in my ESTIMATION, the greatest gift of all is SALVATION. What is SALVATION? Well, here is my EXPLANATION: The best SOLUTION to that QUESTION is given by God's REVELATION throughout the Holy Scriptures. First, come to the REALIZATION, by personal CONFESSION, that through MANIFESTATION, Jesus Christ laid the FOUNDATION prior to His RESURRECTION for every GENERATION to receive SALVATION without COMPLICATION.* You don't need an EDUCATION to meet the QUALIFICATION. It simply requires an EXPERIMENTATION of SANCTIFICATION and PURIFICATION from your TRANSGRESSIONS against God's REGULATIONS.
(Scripture references: Romans 10:9-10; Titus 2:11-14; St. John 3:5, 16)
There must be, with no EXCEPTION, a SEPARATION from sin so that God may receive GLORIFICATION and SATISFACTION. See, if any man be in Christ, he is a new CREATION: old CONDITIONS are passed away; behold, through TRANSFORMATION, all CONNECTIONS are become new SITUATIONS. In ADDITION, there must be a RE-DEDICATION through prayer and SUPPLICATION on a daily basis, to resist Satan's MANIPULATION in this world of CORRUPTION.
(Scripture references: II Corinthians 5:17, Philippians 4:6; St. Mark 9:29)
You've got to live according to God's INSTRUCTIONS, and make heaven your eternal DESTINATION. There's no need to worry about your ACCOMMODATIONS; for your RESERVATIONS are made as soon as you receive SALVATION! The angels welcome you, at this point, with much JUBILATION - an endless CELEBRATION - because you, a newborn soul, have joined the holy CONVOCATION! You'll see them all at GRADUATION, when Jesus comes to take the saints to that higher DIMENSION, which we await with great EXPECTATION. What a spectacular OCCASION!
(Scripture references: St. Luke 15:10; I Thessalonians 4:16-17)
So, be not deceived by worldly POSSESSIONS and earthly AFFECTIONS.
They only come to pass, and they surely cannot last. Keep the flesh under SUBJECTION, and use DISCRETION in all manners of ASSOCIATION. God is not the author of CONFUSION; therefore, let there be no DIVISION among you and the CONGREGATION. Rather, show a CONTINUATION of APPRECIATION and COMPASSION on each person's level of COMMUNICATION and COMPREHENSION.
(Scripture references: St. Mark 8:36-37; I John 2:16-17, 3:17; I Corinthians 14:33; Philippians 2:3-4; Colossians 4:6; Romans 12:16; Hebrews 12:14; II Peter 3:11)
Hold fast your PROFESSION with prudence and DETERMINATION. Your REPUTATION depends upon this God-given INFORMATION. And remember that your REPRESENTATION of Holy Ghost CORPORATION, as witnessed by the NATION, serves as a DEMONSTRATION of your POSITION in an ORGANIZATION of CONSOLIDATION among a mass PRODUCTION of devout CHRISTIANS. It is presided by God, who, after accepting our APPLICATION for this OCCUPATION, freely gave us a unique IDENTIFICATION, which we must account for on the Day of REDEMPTION.
(Scripture references: I Timothy 6:12; Hebrews 12:1)
In CONCLUSION to this CONSTITUTION, take this fact into CONSIDERATION: INFLATION hasn't altered the wages of sin; it's still DAMNATION in the end. Therefore, to those who've not yet received SALVATION, I beseech you to do so without HESITATION. Amen.
(Scripture references: II Corinthians 6:2; Hebrews 3:14-15; Isaiah 55:5-7; Romans 6:23)

*Note: It is not complicated to receive salvation. The fight is in keeping it! You have to
arm yourself with the Holy Ghost and put on the whole armor of God, in order to be equipped for spiritual warfare (see II Corinthians 10:3-5). Also, read Ephesians 6:10-17, then go put your war clothes on, thanking God in advance for the victory! (Smile)
